It is not infatuation, it's a disease. Some event in her past has spoiled her. It will be better to take counsel of a good psychologist . The consultant will delve into her heart and mind and will cure her . A delay may cause her more harm.
I've seen such a case where the elderly close kin has enjoyed mutual fondling, but the girl developed into a nympho.

Obviously its not normal,she is a confused,insecure and infatuated teenager trying her best to get attention.If the older relative can manage,then better get away from her ASAP till things die out and everyone will be able to understand that the girl is a drama queen.
