A married manhas been with someone for 2 years after separating from his wife&is still not divorced.Heclaims it's financial reasons,he can't afford her,comment  

If the problem is due to financial reasons he cannot afford her than he should have think before doing marriage.Now this is not true to give this reason.He have done marriage so he has to keep her or else both agrees than they should take divorce and to live separate.

I think there is alot more than just finances going on there. A no fault divorce is extremely cheap to get these days so that is a bunch of bull.
What I think is going on here is he is afraid if he divorces her you will start to put pressure on him to get married and maybe he isn't ready to take the plunge a second time.

Your question is not clear. However, as understood, staying separately from wife for 2 years is not accepted as divorced until a judicial declaration dissolving their marriage in whole or in part, is made by a judicial separation. Only a judicial separation releases the husband and wife from all matrimonial obligations.

Everything is possible in this country. A man staying with another woman for two years and not divorced either. The legal wife should take the help of the court. This is the only way to get justice.

afford whom,the extra marital affair means,she is without marriage has been his keep.there is a difference between a keep and wife.

I dont believe his sayings,how can a person leave his wife for two long years for financial reason?Then how he is living with some one else.isn't a double standard,some thing mystery is there,he does not want to give divorce as he has to take care of monthly expense as per the divorce rule.
