Frankly you are just wasting your time thinking about him who "loves you" but is not interested to marry you..ridiculous..
Forget him (it may be difficult and hurting at first,but not impossible..you'll be very happy later that you did it)..and live your life to the fullest...
If he really "loves you",he'll miss you and come back to you..(with the marriage proposal :) and if he doesn't,he never loved you..

You have not met him, you cant marry him ,you cant forget him...and you are still waiting for him....WHOA!!!! girl what a mess you have made of your life.Get things straight.Firstly you have not met him so, you dont know him in person, he says he loves you, so why does he not meet you. You are talking in riddles. You are answering your own question in the same breath. You like him and he loves you. That do not make a proper couple. Love should be the cornerstone for a relationship. If he doesn;t want to marry you, you should know better to look elsewhere. Maybe the poor fellow is already in love with someone else. Maybe he is not interested in you. The best way is to ask him in a straightforward manner or thru an intermediary what his intentions are. If he declines, you should cut your losses and start anew.
