If you are convicted with a crime which you did not commited, how will you react?  

I will try to prove my innocence and this unfair situation is faced in court of law. Then no one cannot do anything but to face the punishment or appeal in the upper court. If it I need to prove before people around me then I will explain to them and prove my innocence, if they do not listen or believe then I will not care them anymore and live my normal life...

First just don't say anything until you get a lawyer.
second: use your allys to collect proofs.
third: behave normally and absolutly under control during court proceedings.

There will be to options, one, I will bust on the conspirators and will go for anything with them and secondly, I will take it "Honi ko koun taal sakta hai, ho sakta hai ki maine pichale janam me maine kuch aise bure karam kiya honge jiska fal mujhe ab mil raha hai, isse mere ab tak ke sare paap mit jayange aur agle janam mein mera jiwan achacha hoga".

Initial reaction is anger and denial. Second is helplessness and if not redressed in time it simmers in your mind and sometimes turns into revenge or hatred. I dont think anyone can forget it.

If I am not politically tied up or do not have money to hire a competent advocate I must give in to what I have been put too for this is the rule of the day. In the movie "Hurricane" the hero also faced similar situation . He was charged of a crime he was nor involved and finally was sent to the cell. though later on a group of white people made it possible to prove that he was not guilty.

This is a really apthetic situation and in this situation we can only pray to GOd and have aptience and appeal in the higher court where justice can be made.But now a days a good person has to always give the proof of innocence which is very painful.Even Sita Maa had to give fire test for her innocence.

I will go to the extent of,the Highest Court of Law of our country,The Suprime Court,with good advocate and maximum evidences and witnesses to prove my innocence.I have a full faith on our judicial system,and The God,who knows every thing.( But still many innocence are being punished and many criminals escapes.That is why,we some time says,The law is Blind.)( The riplica is same like BLIND FOLDED GANDHARI HOLDING THE BALANCE IN FRONT OF DRIDARASHTRAR,in MAHABHARATH.)
