Is it fair to judge a person from other's opint of view as I have seen many people getting preocupied and having built a negative notion about theperson.  

It is sometimes wise to do so if the information provider is a reliable person. We should judge a person based on his/her interactions with us. On interactions with people, we get to know a lot about the people we interact with. If we are not satisfied with our personal interactions, than we can ask others views and if they have a point to believe, we should believe it. But, I think it would be better to keep that point in our backdrop until we prove it ourselves and then believe.

Well It's a general tendency my dear friend.Suppose your friend will tell negative about a person you dont know you will believe your friend first ..it's the everybody will do.No body including you go to that person to see whether your friend is lying or not.i'm not telling it is ok to judge people from others angle,but we have no option.If you will not believe ur friend's warning about a fraud and invite to ur house then what'll happen ?can u imagine ..whom to complain?Finally we should have enough presence of mind and out look to judge the character of the person who is telling the fact about other person.

it does not matter as all the people have the habit of making their judgements positive or negative about other persons all the time

very wrong then one will never know the actual person and in the process will loose out on a self judgement

Forming an opinion about a person needs adequate analysis of the workings , his habits and taste of the person. Without knowing and understanding the person, one should not opine about him. It is improper and misleading to form an opinion about a person, from others’ views.

it is not fair to judge a person from others point of view. if he wants to know a person he should directly come into contact with the person and have conversation with him so that he knows the actual fact about the person.

Pre conceived views are biased views. When you judge the fellow you are prejudiced.That's unfair on the person.

It is not fair to judge a person from other's point of view, sometimes the other person's judgment or point of view might be correct or sometimes not. So. one should use his own brain or opinion about a person in steaded of blindly following other person's point of views... :)
