Be straight forward to that guy. You simply say that you don't like interacting him. That will stop him from approaching you. May be the boy is hurt at you approach that way, but you will be relieved of his irritation from than onwards. If you can not gather courage for so, ask some of your friends(especially male friends if any) to tell the above for you.
If he still continues to behave the same way, than just complain your class teacher about his annoyance. If he is punished for his advancement towards you, he may give up your way.

Once you talk to the boy intimately in presence of others and give him your clear mind. But do not misbehave in any way in front of others. This may aggrevate the situation.

Deal with diplomacy. If you do not like, just avoid politely. send the message to the common friend if any. be firmar day by day, if you really do not like. soft dealing will create misunderstanding and too hard talk can tempt him to take reveng.. to you need to walk between the tought rope... Do not worry, he will understand..
