You have borrowed from a person who lent you money from 2004. You have repaid the loan amount fully . But he presented a blank cheque by filling up and filling a case against you. But you must have got the receipt when you repaid him . If you got the receipt then you must not worry. Did he take any writing in court paper of his loan ? If not he does not have any proof of his lending money to you.Did you pay cash or cheques while repaying his money? If cheque it is good. If given money then you should have taken some receipt/ If any problems arises you must consult the lawyer who will hlep you.Everything is not so clear from your message of the case completley.

If you have repaid the money fully with interest, then you need not worry. If he submitted a black cheque and filling a case, he cannot do anything because the chques has to have signed; but you have not signed that. Wait and see what happens. However, keep an eyeon the development of the matter.

If you have any documentary proof of depositing the lent money and the case has not be filed, need not worry. Send a notice to him through your counsel, requesting him to return cheque. If the case has been filed, submit your reply by filling counter reply.

see when u repaid him u should have given the amount thr' cheque and under a proper receipt stating part payment aginst the blank cheque given as security.
now since u have not done so the cheque presented by him must be cleared if not the party can sue u in the court.

court says irrespective of the matter if u have issued a cheque to anyone it is your duty to honour it.

it is better u speak to the person with some mediators and settle the matter out of court.
