Honestly, If such situation arises, I will find out any details in the paperbag, in absence of it , I will take it with myself and will use after one year.

If I found it , I take it, and I post an announce asking some references about the owner and the exactly place where I fpound the money. I don't trust the Police, but I trust in God.

The first thought would surely be to keep the money but after keeping the money the conscious would prick so i would go and donate the money to various orphanages and old age homes if there was no name on it

If i find usd 10000 in a paper bag i will hand over to the owner if he is available and searching. I wish i give to the police or put it in the news paper . But it is not workable as the police are mostly corrupt and if i advertise many will claim the ownership and it is difficult to prove . So i will decide to use it and give some amount to some orphange or cry or helpage ect

Honestly speaking, I will hand over the cash to a police officer ( not a constable ) to the nearst police station from where is was found,and obtain a receipt for it. Inform the media,the local newspaper,about it,so that the real owner can get the money back as quickly as possible.
Will never keep with me,and never one should do that.

I WILL REFUND THE MONEY TO ITS OWNER.. BECAUSE I CAN UNDERSTAND THE PAIN OF LOOSING THIS MONEY... NO PERSON KEEP SUCH A BIG AMOUNT WITH HIM JUST FOR HIS DAILY EXPENSES.. HE MUST BE REQUIRING IT FOR A PURPOSE..

There is no need to refresh your heart. If you are honest you will remain so no matter whatever the ante maybe. One should hand in the amount readily. You cannot imagine what it may mean to the looser.
That will giove you more strength of character. No deed of charity go unnoticed.
