Is delivery of birth of a child is falling under human rights? the pain received during delivery is covered under human right? The actual pain is countable in human right combating terrorism is not covered in this sense.

If I read you right, human rights cater to the basic needs of the huuman being and terrorists want a certain solution with the help of terror. They cannot be the same thing. Terrorists can make an appeal to the Human rights forum and may wait patiently for a welcome solutio. There are always ways and means to reach a decision thru talks.
