Problem lies there only. Had we cultured the practice of planning before executing any work = big or small, there would have been no so much worry and anxiety. Most of are prone to the lackadaisical attitude towrds work any just set to work without pre plan.

If everything goes well its ok but there is maximum chance of failure if we do not chalk out the work undertaken. though some small work do not need planning, still there is no loss if we plan.

Plan can be defined as a schedule work calender which is in our memory. Most of the people " do not want to plan ". Because most of us cannot complete the given work in scheduled time. So by that the remaining work cannot be completed as per schedule.
So they think like, whats the use of plan, even we planned and could not complete the tasks in the past. So there after it will become as an habbit "not to plan thing hereafter". Eventhough no one will plan for small works or matters.
And some of the people follow the quotes " accept everything, as it comes ". And somebody put the weight on god and blame the fate for their mistakes ( i.e., couldnt complete the work as per plan). Take Care. Have a nice day.

As I said earlier, common day-to-day work are done through reflex action. No planning is needed for them. However, proper planning is needed for big or complicated work if they are to be executed successfully.

Proper planning of work and its execution will also help us to manage our time in a better way. Our work will be done more effeciently and in much lesser time. So we must properly plan how and when we will do a particular work and then follow this plan sincerely. Then success will be certain.

I have advised it on so many occasions and to many a questioners. What is a Plan ? It is a way to reach your target.Without a plan you cannot reach your target.When you do not see a target you cannot hit it.The plan shows you the way to achieve what you want.
To see all the pros and cons is a proper way to go ahead.Without a plan you are like a severed kite that has no destination and it can land anywhere.With a plan you can act as an arrow,fly high and hit the target.

well ramcharan ji according to me it depends on person to person that whether he or she will do plan for all types of work or not whether its small or big work.well according to me we all should plan for each and every thing proper planning made all types of work easy functioning whether the work is small or large.if we start work without proper planning then there will be sure shot delay in work and the work will not be end before time.so before doing any kinds of work small or large we have to properly make planning that what we have to do and when we have to finish our work and from where we have to start our work.so according to me for all types of works small or big we have to plan properly.

No according to me i do not think so that we should plan for every thing whether it is big or small.Because when we are on a way to do some small work we do not think much on that think just because it is a small work and we do not take that much seriously.While sometimes we plan in doing big work because big work has many risks so it needs planning so that we can implement on it properly.

Planning is necessary for achieving bigger success ,and well furnishing of a job.be it small work or big work,there is a proverb a well planned job half done..but the question is really we plan or not for it?I dont think we really do in every work,we instantly take the work and try to do without planning,actually we can't plan for every work in reality ,in some work prompt action needed we dont have that much of time to think or plan.

Planning our work before the beginning of work is the best way to get work done achieve success, a schedule indicating when each task will be started and when it will be completed and who will perform it; this information may be represented on work plan and will give brief idea about the work completed, so whether the work is small or big everything will be good.
