I'm getting nuisance calls, what can I do?I'm suspecting one of my old friend is doing ,and it's coming from different nos.  

u change ur number or to face ur friend and told him to that i dont like all this ?

hey ekta, i dont have a fool proof solution to that problem, but certainly you can stop receiving those calls. or you can also call on either of the no:'s from sum unknown no (like from a telephone booth, n not from your locasl area booth) and try & find out who owns d no: ...
even i'v been getting such calls lately.. and somehow the person gets my no: evrytime i change it,so its clear dt he/she is sum1 i knw..
anywy u can also lodge a complaint agnst dt no: or d simplest way is change ur no: n dont give it to any of ur old frnd, and ask ur frnds not to lend ur new nO; to any1 w/o ur permission..i hope my suggestion wil be of sum use :)

use ur call divert option and direct it 2 itself

block the unexpected calls from the web world or gv the POLICE complain

keep answering his/her call untill u r sure that he/she is ur friend.else you also try call her/him through diff.no.
