how shud i get off from corex syrup it is destroying me  

avoid it and try to take cough syrup.

it is very injurious if u take cough syrups like corex. u shud immediatly throw ot the bottle of crex from ur home and take a firm decision that u will never take it. initially u will find it diifult to do but as days paases u will find urself out of it. beleive me.

Consult a good physician who may help with the deaddiction efforts. If that is not possible or successful, you can try prayer. God / Guru is more powerful than any other addiction force. If you have that faith, you will come out successfully from this and any other problem.

Many people are unaware that certain cough syrups and other decongestants are alcohol based and can lead to addiction if taken without medical supervision/advise. Many others take such medications knowingly in order to get a high. It is only the willpower and determination of the concerned person that can help is breaking this addictive habit.
