I am addicted to watching films during my free time. Sometimes even when I have some works to be done I skip the work instead and go for the movies. Any way out

We are supposed to find out what is right and what is rong, and what is important things to be done immediately by us and what can be done after somtimes. When we are giving importance to entertainment, than our duties, Our will power is weekened and our sensual pleasure motive is getting victory over our need personel goal. Any how now your able to find out your mistakes after it was happened. It is good sighn. Fixing up of life goal and day today short goals or aims are inevitable in every ones life. Do here and now. Meditation and taking up of good meditation system will help you. If your hearts permits try to approach Shri Ramchandra Mission, for this purpose.

There are only two things in life I believe...either you want to do something or not. So it's up to you, you are not addicted to something but you are not strong enough to control and deside what's important for you at some particular time....There's nothing you can not do...and still you think you can't then I think a blind man walking down the road in traffic who deserver more than you...atleast he tries to walk even if he can not see. Don't want to hurt your feelings but I think it's not that big matter you can not control.. Wish u good luck.

to get rid off from any addiction need a strong determination. so first you have to determine whether you really want to get rid off it or not. once you have determined then you will automatically find yourself out of it.

ya.. learn to be responsible. Youre not addicted, you just have a weak motivation to work. Remind yourself that if you dont work, youll lose your job and you need the money. Its not wrong to watch movies in your free time, just as long as youre doing what you have to

you'll have to control yourself... if you'll have this determination that i will not wacth movie when i have pending work.... then it'll solve your worry...
nobody else can help you out... you yourself will have to put some restrictions and controls on you.
