u can join a good coaching and thereby works very hard...you can join some good institution in ur city.u should hv good understanding ,consitency in study and accuracy while implementing is key to success in entrance exam....self study...question should be clear as to which exam r u takhin about... is it the entrance exam... or the m.b.b.s final year exam.......join some nice institution.......if u r

in regards of mbbs Aiims is the top level institute in our country. but if you want to join in any state wide institution then ensure that it has medical council of india approval. if it has only best study but do give tests regularly in institutuins like akash at delhi or any of the local coaching institutes which are doing well...WHEREVER ONE GETS ADMISSION. BUT ONE THING MUST BE ENSURED
