Sorry to hear that. Your fist step of action should be to contact your service provider, as well as Airtel, and complain about the same. Generally your service provider can block all calls from that number, and additionally, Airtel can stop the services for that person, based on your complaint.
Of course, you can further go to court / sue etc, which would only burden you with expenses, unpleasant running around, etc. It can also increase your BP, in addition to irritations & heartaches.
